Club President
2013- 2014

Eric Kramer

The duties of the Kiwanis club president include but are not limited to:

1) Conducting weekly meetings
2) Conducting monthly board of directors meetings
3) Overseeing the day-to-day management of the club
4) Helping train new officers and board members
6) Providing for continuing leadership in future years by working closely with incoming officers
7) Overseeing all necessary reports to ensure they are finished on time
8) Working with the treasurer and board of directors to establish a viable budget and use it as a working tool during the year
9) Being the contact for the community to funnel information and requests to the Kiwanis club
10) Establishing committees as listed by Kiwanis International and as needed during the administrative year.

President-Elect
2012-2013

Ivan Knapp

The duties of the president-elect include but are not limited to:

1) Working with the president to learn what is needed to successfully be president the following
year
2) Conducting weekly meetings in the absence of the president
3) Conducting monthly board meetings in the absence of the president
4) Attending training sessions whenever possible
5) Attending conventions, including International, if possible
6) Serving as a member of the board of directors.

Vice-President
2012-2013

Linda May

The duties of the vice president include but are not limited to:

1) Working with the president to learn what is needed to successfully be president the following
year
2) Conducting weekly meetings in the absence of the president
3) Conducting monthly board meetings in the absence of the president
4) Attending training sessions whenever possible
5) Attending conventions, including International, if possible
6) Serving as a member of the board of directors.

Immediate Past President
2012- 2013

Ken Rosengarten

The duties of the immediate past president include but are not limited to:
1) Mentor the incoming president
2) Be a member of the board of directors.
3) Serving on committees as requested by the president.

Club Secretary

2013 - 2014

Jenny Jamieson

The duties of the club secretary include but are not limited to:

1) Keeping attendance records at the weekly meeting
2) Completing all reports as required by the district and Kiwanis International in a timely
manner
3) Notifying all members as to the date and amount of the club, district, and International dues
4) Ensuring that dues payments are sent to district and International on time
5) Keeping up with the correspondence with district and International
6) Keeping notes of all board meetings
7) Ordering supplies as needed by the club.

Club Treasurer

(2001 - 2014)

Ruth Link

The duties of the treasurer include but are not limited to:

1) Working with the president and board of directors to establish a budget for the
administrative year
2) Writing all checks for payment as approved by the board
3) Balancing the checkbooks
4) Reporting to the board on a monthly basis as to the financial status of the club
5) Reporting a budget analysis to the board, as requested by the president
6) Keeping a balance for all projects during the year for the following year’s budget process
7) Keeping service and administration monies separated
8) Depositing all funds received.

Board Of Directors 2013 - 2014

The Board of Directors consists of 12 members, the Officers and the below listed members which serve for a term of two to three years each.

The duties of the board of directors include but are not limited to:
1) Oversight of the day-to-day business of the club
2) Attending the monthly board meeting
3) Helping the president and other officers to provide leadership for the club but making
decisions on spending, projects, and awards throughout the year
4) Approving all bills for payment
5) Accepting or rejecting new membership applications
6) Serving on committees as requested by the president.
